All apparel products are made on order and can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 3 days of delivery. However, since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund.


We will issue a credit voucher with 6 Months validity against the returned item(s), which can be used for your future purchases.

Cash on delivery is available for a minimum order value of Rs. 5000 and above.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of garment, we can cancel the order and issue credit note to the customer. The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive the credit note via Email/ SMS- This coupon/credit balance for any order cancelled by us can be used for a future purchase within 6 months. All refunds are issued via credit notes usable on our website.

The Return Order will be picked in 3 to 7 working days by our courier partner. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse. Once received at our warehouse – An exchange order takes 3 to 5 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved and credit note to be issued to your email.

THE ITEMS FOR WHICH THE RETURN ORDER IS PLACED, ONLY NEEDS TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER PARTNER, if any unaccounted items are handed over, the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.

Exchange can be availed only once per order.

Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without original TAGS will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse exchange.

In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at hi@hauoliday.com.  Send pictures (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the User) of the products received along with packaging at hi@hauoliday.com

Disclaimer: The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
